Connection, confidence and community through adapted movement

Limitless Impact creates welcoming NDIS social and community participation sessions where people can connect, build confidence and take part at their own pace. We use adapted, non-contact martial arts inspired movement and practical skills as one way to make taking part engaging and inclusive.

We are Limitless

A place to connect and belong.

LIMITLESS is a social and community participation service. We create welcoming sessions where people can connect, build confidence and take part at their own pace, with adapted, non-contact movement as one engaging way in.

We create an inclusive space where participants feel supported, encouraged and seen, for who they are, not just for what they can do.

Our sessions are participant centred and led by experienced, caring instructors. Everything is adapted to each person's needs, preferences and support arrangements.

Our values

Built on steady progress.

01

Perseverance

We encourage students to keep trying and never give up. Progress comes one step at a time, through consistent effort and dedication.

02

Confidence

Every class builds self-belief by celebrating small wins. Students learn to trust their abilities and face challenges with courage.

03

Respect

We teach kindness, patience, and understanding, with courtesy toward instructors, teammates, and themselves.

04

Safety

A supported, supervised and non-contact space where everyone can take part at their own pace, with care for themselves and for others.

The journey

Every belt is a milestone.

Participants move through nine colours, celebrating small steps along the way. Each milestone recognises effort, participation and progress, at a pace that suits the person.

  1. White
  2. Yellow
  3. Orange
  4. Green
  5. Blue
  6. Purple
  7. Red
  8. Brown
  9. Black

Every milestone is celebrated, at each participant's own pace.

How we create impact

Confidence with no barriers.

Encouragement

We build confidence by recognising effort and progress with genuine praise and encouragement, celebrating each person's participation.

Calm and focus

Predictable, structured sessions help participants feel settled and comfortable, so they can focus and take part in their own way.

Adapted sessions

We shape each session around the person, adjusting movement, pace and support to suit their needs, goals and preferences.

Supportive environment

Built on trust, consistency, and care, so participants feel valued, included, and supported at every stage.

Personal growth

Clear, celebrated milestones give a real sense of accomplishment and progress over time, at each participant's own pace.

Social connection

We create real opportunities for friendships, teamwork, and positive peer connections, building social awareness and a genuine sense of belonging.

Social groups, built around martial arts.

We position all of our programs as social groups, using the creative and structured environments of martial arts to support broader life skill development.

We achieve this through engaging, relationship-based activities. Participants are encouraged to build independence, confidence, emotional regulation, communication skills, social awareness, teamwork, and positive peer connections in a safe and supportive environment.

Our focus is always on personal growth, community inclusion, and helping each individual thrive in their own unique way.

Our sessions are non-contact and adapted to the individual. We do not run sparring, combat, grappling, takedowns, weapons training or participant-to-participant physical contact.

  • Sessions run at a 1:2 support ratio
  • Charged per hour attended
  • Non-face-to-face time (planning, preparation and session creation) also applies
  • Transport available at the group ratio plus $1 per km travelled

In the first few sessions we get to know each participant's needs and preferences, and may suggest a 1:1 ratio where that would help them take part more comfortably.

A Limitless Impact

Working closely with your support network.

We work closely with support coordinators, parents, carers and other supports to understand each participant's goals, preferences and how they like to take part.

That shared picture helps us shape sessions that feel safe, practical and welcoming, with the aim of supporting confidence and connection in everyday community life.

  • A chat about goals and preferences before the first session
  • Regular updates with parents and supports
  • Adapted, non-contact sessions for confidence and connection
  • Practical skills and social connection beyond the session

Our vision

Every person, whatever their ability, background or circumstance, deserves the chance to connect, build confidence and feel they belong.

LIMITLESS exists to break down barriers and make taking part genuinely inclusive. Through adapted, non-contact movement and welcoming sessions, we help people build friendships, grow in confidence and feel a real sense of belonging.
